Self-exclusion can only be canceled if it has been set for a specific period of time. You may only request to cancel or reduce self-exclusion if you have not cited a gambling problem as the reason for the decision to self-exclude. Lemon.casino’s responsibility during your self-exclusion period is to take reasonable steps to prevent you from playing on any of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to refrain from violating this policy.

If these agreed terms are breached by you, lemon.casino and any of its employees will not be liable for any losses you may suffer. Any losses incurred during your self-exclusion period will not be reimbursed.

After the end of your chosen self-exclusion period, your account will be automatically re-opened.
