Lemon Casino may assign this Agreement or any rights and/or obligations under the Agreement without User’s consent.

Online Services Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement (also referred to as the Agreement) between the parties, Orange Entertainment BV, registered at Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. “Don” Martina 31, Curacao, and the User, also referred to as the Player. “Don” Martina 31, Curacao, hereinafter referred to as Lemon Casino, and the User, also referred to as the Player. The Agreement applies to the Lemon Casino website, including its electronic content and the Software through which the User accesses the Lemon Casino website.
Lemon Casino reserves the right to impose certain conditions to allow Players to play (e.g. minimum number of completed Games, verification of registered payments) and to expand or modify the services on the Site at any time.

04. Availability of the service

The Services are available and can only be used by persons who can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the laws applicable to their country of residence. The user is responsible for ensuring the legality of the use of online gambling in his/her country.

05. Registration

In order to participate in the Games as a Player, the User must complete the registration form available on lemon-casino.pro or on another website connected thereto and accessible via lemon-casino.pro and thereby open a Player Account by indicating:

User name and password.

A player registers only in his own name. Registration can only be carried out by a natural person. When registering, the Player is obliged to provide his real, current and complete identification information about his identity, date of birth, place of residence, e-mail address and current phone number. The Player may be asked to provide copies of documents such as: identity card, passport, driver’s license, proof of residence and/or bank statements issued in the name of the Player in order to verify and confirm the correctness of the personal data provided during registration.
Due to AML and compliance regulations, Lemon Casino reserves the right to request various personal documents from Players at its discretion at any time. While specific documents are listed in our Terms and Conditions, Lemon Casino may request additional documents beyond those listed if necessary. Players are required to provide requested documents immediately for verification purposes. Failure to comply with document requests may result in account lockout until the requested documents are provided and verified. If the documents are not provided within 60 days and/or the documents are not satisfactory or authentic, Lemon Casino reserves the right to terminate the account and confiscate any funds in the Plate account.
the Player declares that he/she is over 18 years of age or has reached the minimum age for legal participation in gambling, which is in accordance with the applicable laws in the country of residence of the Player. The Player also declares that he/she is not and has never been an avid gambler.
The Player warrants that in the event of any changes concerning his identification data, he will immediately update it in the Player Account and promptly inform Lemon Casino of the change of personal data.
Any misinformation, misrepresentation, impersonation of a third party, organization or association, or use of false data or other acts or omissions to conceal identity from Lemon Casino for any purpose shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Lemon Casino reserves the right to verify the data and any information provided by the Player. In the event of a deposit or winnings from winnings, these funds are subject to forfeiture.
In the event that Lemon Casino has reason to believe that the information provided is incorrect, we have the right to suspend/close the User’s Account by withholding all funds in the account.
During registration, User selects a Username that will identify him/her on the Lemon Casino Site. The Username must be unique and easily recognizable. Offensive, obscene names are prohibited, as well as names that refer to Internet links or refer to specific user rights (e.g., the name “Administrator” is reserved exclusively for Lemon Casino). We reserve the right to suspend a Player Account with an unacceptable Username. A Player Account may be reopened after a Username change has been made and accepted.
Under no circumstances may a User register another (new) account if he/she is already an account holder on the Lemon Casino Site – each User is entitled to have only one account. Having more than one account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as an attempted fraud, regardless of whether the subsequent account was registered using the User’s real personal data, third party data or false personal information. Lemon Casino guarantees the security of all information provided by the User during registration and its storage in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
It is forbidden to sell, transfer or redeem a Player Account from other Players.
Lemon Casino reserves the right to refuse registration or close a User’s Account, but informs that any existing obligations will be honored.
Registration and creation of a Player Account is free of charge.
User agrees to notify Lemon Casino if he/she or any of his/her family members (e.g. spouse, partner, children and their spouses or partners, and parents) is a Politically Exposed Person as defined by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The Financial Action Task Force defines a Politically Exposed Person as “persons who are or have been entrusted with important public functions, such as heads of state or senior politicians, senior government, judicial or military officials, senior executives of public corporations, or important political party officials”.
Each identity document provided may only be used once in correspondence with Lemon Casino. In certain scenarios, such as when one person submits another person’s personal documents (e.g. ID card, passport, utility bills, bank statements, etc.), Lemon Casino will suspend the Player’s account. If the same document is later submitted for a new account, Lemon Casino reserves the right to reject the opening of the Player’s account or terminate the Player’s account.

06. Password protection policy

The User must choose a strong and unpredictable Security Password. In addition, User is responsible for the proper security of the User Name and Security Password. Lemon Casino is not responsible for account abuse resulting from the use of the account by third parties due to User’s disclosure (whether intentional, accidental or negligent, active or passive) of login information to third parties.
It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure proper security of the Username and Password. Any online games and data recorded in the Player’s Account shall remain valid regardless of who participates in the game. If there is a risk of loss of login data, the Player must notify Lemon Casino immediately. The Player will be provided with new login data and any future transactions made using the previous data will be canceled.

08. Restrictions on use

Lemon Casino grants the Player non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited personal access to use the Site (the “License”). Use of the Site is conditioned upon Player’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

09. Violation

It is not allowed for the Player to violate the current Rules when using the Site. Any of the following, but not only, behavior of the Player, which:

Deliberately provided false or incomplete information;
Attempts to manipulate the outcome of a game through illegal actions, software modifications or other illegal means;
Willfully causes damage or disruption to the Site in order to disrupt the natural gaming experience;
Interfered or tampered with the software available on the Lemon Casino website;
Uses artificial intelligence based software that disrupts communication between the Player and the server;
Uses software that allows you to cheat or gain an unfair advantage while playing;

Lemon Casino reserves the right to take measures to detect and prevent illegal actions by Players. If Lemon Casino discovers or suspects a violation of the Rules by a Player, Lemon Casino reserves the right to suspend the Player’s Account and confiscate any funds in the Player’s Account. 10. Account Cancellation

Lemon Casino reserves the right to block access to Services and Games at its sole discretion in the event of reasonable special circumstances such as:

Lemon Casino has reason to believe that a particular person’s use of the Site is unlawful;
Lemon Casino may suffer any financial, legal or moral damages as a result of anyone’s activities;
One or more transactions made on the Site has been assessed by Lemon Casino as having been conducted in violation of the Rules;

Lemon Casino reserves the right to terminate an Account and confiscate all funds from such Account if Lemon Casino has reasonable suspicion that a Player has committed or attempted to commit, or participated in, potential fraud, or otherwise advised a third party to commit fraud, or has hacked into or illegally accessed the Accounts of other Players for the purpose of committing fraud. Such activities may include using stolen or counterfeit credit cards or account numbers, forging and providing data or documents that are forged, stolen or otherwise compromised.

11. Abandoned or incomplete games

In the event that any information is published incorrectly on the Site, Lemon Casino will take the necessary action to correct and amend the data in the system. Any winnings resulting from the publication of incorrect information will also be verified and corrected.

12. Real money

Each User who has properly registered a Player Account on the Lemon Casino Website and deposited funds into their Account in the manner described below may begin playing for real money.

13. Game Demonstration

15. Deposit

Deposits made to a player’s account using credit cards are processed in real time.
Lemon Casino reserves the right to request copies of both sides of the credit card used to make a payment at any time and at its discretion. In order to comply with all security regulations, the Player will always be asked to close the 3-digit CVV verification code located on the back of the card and close the card number provided by Lemon Casino.

The Player acknowledges that Lemon Casino reserves the right to request confirmation of payment made to the Player’s account at any time and regardless of the method of payment.
The User warrants that he/she only uses a credit card, bank account or any other payment method and solution he/she owns to fund the User Account.
It is prohibited to make deposits to the Player Account for purposes other than participation in the Games, in particular for illegal purposes (e.g. money laundering). It is also prohibited to deposit funds obtained through criminal activity and other illegal activities.
Lemon Casino strictly prohibits depositing funds into player accounts belonging to other players. Such actions, whether they involve duplicate accounts or depositing funds to other players, are considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Lemon Casino reserves the right to terminate the depositing player’s account. In addition, such depositor will not be allowed to open a player account with Lemon Casino.

16. Refusal

The ability to request a withdrawal is not available during a game session.
All withdrawal fees are handled by Lemon Casino’s finance department. Lemon Casino reserves the right to carry out a verification procedure and, in case of doubt, to suspend the withdrawal. The Player’s account must be fully verified in order to make the first withdrawal. In the event of a verification procedure, the Player warrants to provide the necessary documents to prove his identity, namely: ID card, driver’s license, bank statement or any other identification document deemed necessary by Lemon Casino.
Lemon Casino reserves the right to verify each withdrawal request to ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, as well as these Terms and Conditions, game rules and other rules associated with any promotions and bonuses. As part of this verification process, we may request additional documentation or information from the Player. Until the necessary verification has been completed and any potential problems have been clarified to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals.
the Player undertakes to provide the documents within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receipt of a request from Lemon Casino to provide the documents necessary to verify the Player’s Account. If the Player fails to provide the documents within the allotted time, the withdrawal request will be canceled, the Player’s Account will be closed and the remaining funds in the account will be confiscated.
Lemon Casino reserves the right to carry out additional verification at any time in the form of identification of identity, age and residence. In the event that these details differ from those previously provided, we reserve the right to cancel the balance payment unless the Player can prove that all details are correct.

All possible, if any, costs related to withdrawals published on the Site are borne by the recipient (Player).
The Player is responsible for providing accurate address and network (chain) data for cryptocurrency withdrawal. Lemon Casino is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by any inaccurate information provided by the Player.
Withdrawals of winnings or parts thereof can only be made after prior request by the Player. Please note that only one withdrawal per week is free of charge. The second and each subsequent withdrawal within the same week costs €5 (or equivalent in another currency). The minimum withdrawal amount does not apply if the Player closes the Player Account. In case of Account Cancellation the User has the right to withdraw all his funds from the Player Account.

The personal data of the player and the data of the owner of the bank account (or any other account depending on the payment method) must match. Lemon Casino reserves the right to request additional documents to confirm your identity and verify your bank account (or any other account depending on the payment method). The user will not be able to withdraw funds until such documents are provided.
Withdrawals are made by Lemon Casino within 3-5 business days, however we make every effort to keep this period as short as possible.
Each deposit made to a player’s account is subject to a minimum of one turnover before any funds held in the player’s account become available. Minimum risk bets (counter bets) on table games do not count towards the deposit trading conditions. There is a possibility of a 5% processing fee (minimum €10 per transaction) if you wish to cancel the game and close the player’s account before at least 1 turnover has taken place.
The player is entitled to a refund of the deposit, for this he/she must apply for a refund within 24 hours after the deposit was made. The funds will be refunded by the same method by which the deposit was made or to a verified bank account if a refund by the same method is not possible. Lemon Casino is authorized to make withdrawals in EUR currency regardless of the Player Account currency and/or requested currency and Players agree and acknowledge possible losses due to currency conversion.

15. Exceptional withdrawal requests

15.1 Withdrawals are made to the same bank/payment account and by the same method as the deposit made to the Player Account.

15.2 Recognizing that there may be exceptional circumstances where processing a withdrawal using the same payment method may be impossible or impractical, Lemon Casino reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to consider alternative means of withdrawal subject to certain conditions.

15.3 Such alternative withdrawal methods will only be considered if the following criteria are met:

а). The player’s account, payment method and bank/payment account have been properly verified, validated and authenticated in advance by Lemon Casino.

b) The player submits a formal and reasonable request for an alternative withdrawal method, stating the reasons for such deviation from the standard withdrawal procedure.

15.4 Lemon Casino reserves the right to request, at its sole discretion, additional documentation or evidence from the Player to support a request for an alternative withdrawal method. This may include, but is not limited to, documentation confirming the unavailability or inoperability of the original deposit method, confirmation of account restrictions or other information deemed necessary to ensure the legality and security of the transaction.

15.5 The decision to approve or deny a request for an alternative withdrawal method will be made by authorized Lemon’s Casino personnel after careful evaluation of the circumstances, the evidence provided and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

15.6 It is important to note that Lemon Casino does not accept requests for alternative withdrawal methods that are made for purposes inconsistent with our standard operating procedures, such as potential misuse or abuse of this provision for illegal activities including money laundering or fraudulent transactions.

16.7 By using an alternative withdrawal method, the Player acknowledges and agrees that Lemon Casino may apply additional security measures, set transaction limits or exercise enhanced due diligence to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies and to prevent illegal activity.

17. Allegations

The amount indicated in the payment window is the net amount that will be credited to the player’s account. Sometimes additional fees may be charged by the company servicing these payment methods, especially during the withdrawal process.
The base currency of the Lemon Casino website is EURO. However, the player’s account balance may be displayed in another currency. During the registration process, the player can choose a different base currency. However, the user should be aware that funds deposited into his account are then subject to conversion to the currency based on the current exchange rate if a payment is made in a different currency or a withdrawal is credited to the account in a currency other than the currency used in the player’s account.

If there is no activity in the Player Account for a period of 30 months, Lemon Casino will return the current balance of the Player Account to the Player’s verified account.

18. Regulations on bonuses

Bonuses can only be awarded once per: household, family, home address, email address, payment method, IP address or shared device.

24. Validity of the contract and termination of the contract
